Randall Glaeser

Kitchell Corporation

Randy has been an active member of IFMA since 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Facilities Engineering Technology from the California Maritime Academy, where he also serves as a Board Member for the Alumni Association. During his 20+ year career, he has achieved multiple certifications including Universal HVAC technician, NFPA 70e, OSHA 10, and OSHA 30. He is currently studying for his CFM certification and hopes to earn it by year end.

During his career, he has managed facilities ranging from manufacturing facilities to multi-building corporate campuses and high-rise class A properties. In his currently role as Facility Operations Manager for Kitchell Facility Management, he currently manages the daily operations and maintenance of a client’s owned portfolio throughout the United States. Randy feels strongly about giving back to the facilities community and believes that it is the duty of those currently in the industry to train and develop our future leaders. He currently serves as the chair of Kitchell Facility Management’s Safety and Training Committee and enjoys the opportunities it provides to support those who work with him and drive a new level of safety in the industry. He has attended various IFMA Facility Fusion conventions as well as IFMA World Workplace conventions where he took in the magnitude and quality of the education content provided in addition to the opportunities to meet with other facility management professionals. Randy looks forward to working with the Board and being able to provide a unique point of view to the local Chapter.

Heather Daley

State Compensation Insurance Fund

Heather joined IFMA Sacramento in 2023 after attending Facility Fusion, where she was inspired by the incredible opportunities the organization offers. After attending a few local chapter meetings, she was amazed by the sense of community, connection, and access to knowledge and expertise IFMA provides. She considers the resources and relationships gained through IFMA to be invaluable.

Currently, Heather serves as the Director of Facilities Management for State Compensation Insurance Fund, where she oversees locations across California, spanning from Eureka to San Diego. With a decade at State Fund she has held several roles, including Senior Property Manager for multiple locations, including the corporate headquarters. In her current role, she is passionate about creating thriving workplaces and ensuring operational excellence across her portfolio.

In her free time, Heather enjoys reading, volunteering in her community, spending time with her family (including her college aged daughter—go Aggies!) and exploring all the natural beauty that Northern California has to offer.


As secretary of the Sacramento Valley Chapter Board of Directors, Heather is honored to contribute to the organization's mission and the growth of the Facilities Management profession. She is a strong believer in the power of positivity and is deeply committed to both personal growth and helping others reach their full potential. With the foundation of integrity and a strong work ethic, she is excited about the chapter's bright future and the impact it will continue to have on the industry.

Jennifer Geordge

Pacific Pavement Maintenance, Inc.

Jennifer Geordge has been a dedicated member of the IFMA Sacramento Chapter for several years, serving as Treasurer and on various committees including moonlighting as the social media chair. Her contributions to the chapter have been invaluable, combining her can-do attitude, tenacity, and humor to create an engaging and dynamic environment.

While serving as an executive member of the board, Jennifer has represented the chapter at IFMA Facility Fusion in San Francisco, CA (2023) and IFMA Facility Fusion, Boston, MA (2024). In addition to her work with IFMA, Jennifer has held various positions in BOMA and CREW, actively participating in programs and events across the Greater Sacramento area. She began her career in commercial property management over 15 years ago. Her extensive experience in the commercial industry has led her to her current role where she serves as the Vice President of Pacific Pavement Maintenance, Inc. in Roseville, CA. Jennifer's strengths lie in management, business development, contract negotiation, leadership, budgeting, client relations, and finance. Her diverse skill set and dedication to excellence make her an asset to any organization. With her blend of professional expertise and vibrant personality, Jennifer continues to make a significant impact on the IFMA Sacramento Chapter and the wider community.

Jodi Sweetin

With more than 13 years of experience helping property managers and facility managers achieve their landscape goals, I am passionate about building strong relationships and delivering solutions that enhance the environments where people work and thrive. 

I have been a member of IFMA for several years and have become increasingly involved over the past two years through committee partcipation and regular attendance at board meetings. I am honored and excited to serve on the Executive Board as Secreptary, where I look forward to helping develop educational programs, engaging facility tours, and valuable networking opportunities that enable members to maximize the benefits of their IFMA membership. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three beloved pets. I also love exploring new places, discovering great restaurants, and sharing those experiences with family and friends.

Angel Greco

Angel has been an active and dedicated member of IFMA since 2015. With a robust background spanning over 25 years in customer service and more than 15 years in sales and business development, she brings an unparalleled blend of drive, determination, and integrity to all her professional endeavors.

Angel has held numerous leadership roles within the organization, including serving as the chapter Special Events Committee Chair, Chapter Secretary and recently completed a two-year term as the Vice President. Her commitment and contributions have now led her to the role of President of the IFMA Sacramento chapter. She has also represented the chapter at notable events such as the IFMA World Workplace in Charlotte, NC (2018), IFMA Facility Fusion in Sacramento, CA (2023), IFMA Facility Fusion, Boston MA (2024) and various strategic planning retreats.

Currently, Angel works as a Business Development Executive for Full Service Security, Inc., where her expertise in fostering client relationships and driving business growth continues to shine. As she steps into her new role as President of the association, Angel is eager to lead with vision and passion, furthering the mission of IFMA and supporting the professional growth of its members.

Amber Vagg

Golden One Credit Union

Amber currently serves as Board President and has been a Professional Member of IFMA since 2014. She has previously served all positions on the Board of Directors as well as co-chair of the Programs Committee.

Amber has achieved two professional certifications, Certified Facility Manager (CFM) in 2018 and Facilities Management Professional (FMP) in 2016. She has expertise managing commercial buildings for over a decade and currently has the position of Director of Facilities and Corporate Services for Golden 1 Credit Union.

Most notable among her accomplishments, she oversaw the buildout of Fortune Education Complex, an 88,000sqft campus with three buildings including a cafeteria, track, field, and gymnasium. In recognition of this accomplished, the school awarded her their prestigious 2021 Five Pillars Award.

Amber has attended numerous World Workplace events and strategic planning retreats. Her IFMA engagement allows the opportunity to share insights from her workplace experience and tours of others facilities while gaining knowledge from other facilities managers and associates.
